Mary and Jim welcome you to share the Island experience while staying in our 4**** rated Failte Ireland Registered bed and Breakfast, we are privilaged to be surrounded by stunning scenery from the Kerry Mountains to the wild Atlantic Ocean. Ideally located on beautiful Valentia Island off the South West Coast of County Kerry, on the scenic Skellig Ring adjacent to the Ring of Kerry, on an Island yet just a short walk across the Bridge to the picturesque fishing village of Portmagee on the mainland, enjoy the delights of the pubs, restuarants, and village life. Boat trips to the Skellig Rocks an U.N.E.S.C.O. heritage site arranged for our guests a must see. Facilities in each bright spacious room include en-suite, king size beds, tea/coffee, 22" tv with saor view channels, cd/clock radio, local information folder, complimentry toiletries, face cloths, bottle water, all rooms are individually decorated with sea, mountain and garden views. We have free off street private parking, free unlimited WIFI in all rooms.

Situated in Portmagee, winner of the Ireland First Tourism Town Award, Reen Coast B&B overlooks Valentia Island and the Portmagee Channel. It is an ideal base for touring the beautifully scenic Ring of Kerry, a trip not to be missed, which passes close by. All the rooms have views of the sea and mountains, and have en-suite bathrooms, WiFi and TVs. On arrival you will be greeted by delicious home baking and tea or coffee. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 we are no longer offering Breakfast. This owner is an avid walker and gives good advice on the best trails, from easy to "you need to be experienced".

Carraig Liath house is a purpose built Valentia stone house, which overlooks the beautiful fishing village of Portmagee with views of the sea, islands and the mystic Kerry mountains. Ideally located as a base to visit the famous Ring of Kerry or the Skellig Islands now an UNESCO heritage site, where boats trips depart daily and can be arranged on request. Carraig liath house consists of three large en-suite bedrooms, all tastefully decorated to a very high standard, with orthopaedic beds, power showers, hairdryers, tvs, tea and coffee and free high speed internet access , all with comfort in mind. Five minutes walk to Portmagee where you can sample traditional music on Friday and Sunday nights, and why not partake in the Irish night on Tuesdays nights. Why not relax and enjoy tea or coffee with some home baking on our newly designed patio where you can watch the boats come and go in the harbour. Open all year.

Our accommodation at Seaside B&B in Ballinskelligs combines modern and contemporary with a traditional design. Our rooms are spacious and light filled with luxurious bedding and original artwork by local artists. Enjoy the experience of a house within two minutes walking distance of a blue flag, sandy beach with a beach cafe open all year round. The nearest Pub with music and food is a ten minute walk by the strand or a road. Also at the doorsteps are Ballinskelligs two major medieval archaeological remains, the Priory linked to the monks of Skellig Michael, and Ballinskelligs Castle, one of Mac Carthy Mor, our local chieftains tower houses.

We recommend a trip to The Skelligs Rock(a World Heritage Site) - spectacular scenery, birdlife and an incredible 6th-century monastic settlement - a trip we can arrange and all who go, say they will never forget. The picturesque village of Portmagee is within walking distance with its great pubs, restaurants, traditional music and dance. Overlooking Portmagee Channel with views of Valentia, Bray Head and the Atlantic Ocean. Things to do locally include a visit to Glanleam House & Subtropical Gardens, Valentia Heritage Centre, Valentia Island Ice Cream factory, producing award-winning ice cream in many flavours, Tetrapod Trackpads, laid down some 385 million years ago and so much more to see and do.

The Waterfront is a relaxed, family run B&B situated at the entrance of the picturesque fishing village of Portmagee. The B&B is nestled between the sea and the mountains and over looks Valentia Island. It is the perfect place for you and yours to relax and unwind. There are five comfortable en-suite bedrooms in the accommodation and a homely, cosy visitors lounge with Sky Tv and a selection of books to enjoy during your stay. In the morning, you can indulge in the breakfast buffet and freshly cooked meals with home-made brown bread. There is a beautiful garden to enjoy with a private secure car park for all guests.

The Geothermal heating, which is thermostatically controlled, can be adjusted to suit by you in your room.
